Hardware Warranty - Coastal Bronze

Coastal Bronze warrants all flat goods(non-locking) to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for five years from the original invoice date.  All locking goods are warranted to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for 1 year from the original invoice date. In area of high humidity or proximity to ocean warrants is 6 months.
These so warranties are extended to the original purchaser and the original installation site. Warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase is required. In any case we are not responsible for removal or installation of the replacement hardware or repaired parts, or for any damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, tampering,abuse or any events outside our control.
This warranty sets forth the exclusive remedy with respect to any and all loses or damages resulting from any cause whatsoever. Coastal Bronze shall in no event be liable for consequential or incidental damages of any kind, whether by negligence or otherwise.
Coastal Bronze makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular with respect to its products except for set for above. No customer, distributor,sales person, showroom,dealer,or other entity has the authority to alter these warranties either orally or in writing.
Coastal Bronze adds a patina to all products to simulate aged bronze. Finishes will develop a wear highlight and may change color based on environment. This is not considered a defect, but part of the natural beauty of aged bronze.
Gate Warranty
All gates from WGW are covered by our 3 year warranty. This warranty covers the craftsmanship of your gate, covering the structural integrity of the jointery within your gate. 
Wood has inherent properties such as minor cracking, splitting and checking in the direction of the grain, slight warping, expansion and contraction due to seasonal changes, and separation between the tongue and groove paneling. These conditions are considered normal and are not covered by the warranty.
Gates that have been altered from their original state are not covered by the warranty.
Gates that have been abused or used outside of the normal intent of the function of a gate are not covered by the warranty.
Replacement of your gate is at the sole discretion of WGW. In the unlikely event that your gate has an issue and you would like to see if the condition is covered by warranty, you must take several detailed pictures of the damage along with a description of the damage and what caused it, and email that to us. We will reply to your email within 2 weeks with our decision.
